Human Factors: Analyse Human Failure in Incident Investigation

Overview
Human failures are inevitable when it happens, and everyone can still make mistake even while being careful. By understanding from the roots of how human failures can occur, and what are the external factors that contribute to it. 

This course will help to guide learners to analyse from facts and information from incident investigations to identify the cause of the human failures. 

Objectives
At the end of the course, participants will be able to recognise the different factors that lead to human failure. They will better understand some tools for risk assessment and prevent accidents due to human factors. 

Who should attend?
Workplace Safety and Health professionals, engineers, line managers, person involving in risk assessments, risk assessment team members.

  1. Understanding human failure in incidents 
  2. Identify and differential types of human failures in incident
  3. Analyse human failures causing incidents

Certification
Attendees will be awarded a certificate of attendance in ‘Human Factors: Analyse Human Failure in Incident Investigation’.

This is an Institute of Ergonomics and Hygiene (IEH) accredited course.
