Julian is committed to helping organizations achieve success through effective risk mitigation strategies. Over the past 12 years, he worked across Australia within the engineering, manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical and logistics sectors to provide a broad range of risk management services.
This includes hazard specific assessments associated with airborne contaminants, manual handling and noise exposure, through to wider procedural and policy development.
With experience in developing and managing Quality, Safety and Environmental management systems, he is able to leverage his skill sets to help organizations implement robust risk management frameworks.
Sharmila Devi

V. Sharmila Devi is a seasoned Ergonomics Specialist with 12 years of dedicated experience driving impactful health and wellness initiatives for employees and communities.
Her academic background encompasses a MPT in Pediatrics and an MBA in Financial Management. She holds esteemed certifications such as Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS III) and Certified in Ocular Neuro Rehabilitation.
With a background in teaching Physiotherapy and Rehabilitating to patients, she is able to adeptly apply anatomical and biomechanical knowledge at Workplace & Design. Extending to Workplace Evaluation, AI-based ergonomic assessments, Workplace Musculoskeletal Injury Management, innovative problem-solving, Ergonomic Training & Policy Formulation.
Soon Boon Chew

Boon Chew is a safety consultant at Culture Lab with over 20 years of experience in EHS. Before founding his consultancy, he served as the Regional Safety Head for Tyco Fire and Security. He holds a Master’s degree in Safety and has delivered training and consulting services to leading companies across Asia.
Boon’s passion lies in the human side of safety. He specialises in mindset transformation through workshops and regularly contributes to safety publications. He is also the author of Seven Attitude Change Techniques Beyond Train–Nag–Enforce.
His mission is to help organisations build “Heartware”—fostering a culture where both management and workers love safety.
