Integrated harness support for demanding height-work environments.

PHES5 is an exoskeleton for electrician back support and full-body harness applications. It is positioned for selected work-at-height tasks such as roof maintenance, scaffold erection and dismantling, welding beams and columns, and roof truss climbing.


Because PHES5 is used in work-at-height contexts, IEH recommends a careful review of work procedures, PPE compatibility, fall protection requirements, fall arrest planning, worker fit and task suitability before deployment.

  • Elastic belt for waist support.
  • Shoulder straps with built-in thick cotton lining and shoulder socket to distribute force evenly.
  • Back panel middle layer equipped with high-density Velcro to adjust elastic belts and lumbar back cushions.
  • Elastic belt pulling force is adjustable, with maximum pulling force of 15 kg.
  • Anti-sway webbing for storage to help prevent shoulder strap slipping.
  • High-strength aviation aluminium O-hook that is light in weight, corrosion-resistant and tightened by a nut.
  • Fall arrest bag opens automatically during a fall to reduce impact.

EXOSKELETON FOR ELECTRICIAN BACK SUPPORT FULL BODY HARNESSES INSULATED – PHES5

Ideal for working at heights, the Exosuit is perfect for tasks like roof maintenance, scaffold erection and dismantling, welding beams and columns, and roof truss climbing. The waist protector disperses pressure on the waist, while the elastic belt provides support during bending. It also serves as both a fall protection and fall arrest system, equipped with a carrying belt for tools. Made from durable, weather-resistant, and impact-resistant materials, the Exosuit features reflective strips and a document holder. Its waist protection system helps reduce lumbar strain from carrying tools, minimizing the risk of intervertebral disc herniation.

  • Shoulder straps: built-in thick cotton lining, shoulder socket, distributes the force evenly;
