RULA Assessment Tool (Full A + B + C)

🔵 Step 1-7: Group A – Arm and Wrist

+1 if shoulder is raised or arm is abducted; –1 if arm is supported or leaning.

+1 if arm is working across midline or away from body.

+1 if wrist is bent from midline.

+1 if twisted in mid-range, +2 if near end of range.

+1 if static posture held >1 min or repeated >4x/min.

0 = <2 kg; +1 = 2–10 kg (intermittent); +2 = 2–10 kg (static/repeated); +3 = >10 kg or high repetition.

🟢 Step 8-13: Group B – Neck, Trunk and Legs

+1 if twisted or side bending.

+1 if twisted or side bending.

+1 if legs and feet are supported, +2 if not.

+1 if static posture held >1 min or repeated >4x/min.

Same criteria as Step 7.
