Prompt examples by WSH use case

Use these as fast starting points for common image generation needs.

Manual handling poster

Create a realistic professional safety poster showing a worker using correct manual handling technique in a modern warehouse. The worker keeps the load close to the body, bends the knees, and avoids twisting. Positive and encouraging tone. Clean corporate design with blue and orange accents. Include short headline: “Lift Smart. Protect Your Back.” Portrait poster, 4:5 aspect ratio. Avoid injury, fear-based imagery, clutter and unrealistic PPE.

Heat stress poster

Create a clean corporate illustration for a workplace heat stress awareness poster. Show outdoor workers taking shade, drinking water and checking on each other in an industrial yard. Bright but professional lighting. Include short headline: “Hydrate. Rest. Watch for Heat Stress.” Use IEH-inspired blue and orange accents. A4 vertical poster layout. Avoid medical emergency imagery or exaggerated distress.

Training slide illustration

Create a landscape 16:9 training slide illustration showing a supervisor briefing workers before starting work at height. Include guardrails, full-body harnesses, anchor points and a clear pre-work discussion. Professional realistic style, clean composition, suitable for WSH training. Leave empty space on the right side for slide text. Avoid unsafe ladder use or dramatic accident scenes.

Office ergonomics slide

Create a modern flat vector illustration for an office ergonomics training slide. Show a worker sitting at an adjustable workstation with neutral posture, monitor at eye level, feet supported, relaxed shoulders and appropriate keyboard position. Clean corporate look, blue and orange accents, 16:9 aspect ratio. Avoid cluttered desks and exaggerated posture.

Hazard spotting warehouse

Create a realistic hazard spotting scene in a warehouse. Include several subtle hazards: blocked walkway, box placed near an emergency exit, worker walking while distracted, wet floor without signage, and poorly stacked materials. Do not show injuries. Make the scene clear enough for training discussion. Landscape 16:9 aspect ratio, professional lighting, realistic Singapore-style industrial environment.

Chemical handling scenario

Create a training scenario image in a chemical handling area. Show workers preparing to transfer chemicals with proper labels, secondary containment, ventilation, gloves, goggles and face shield. Include one minor issue for discussion: an unlabeled small container on the bench. Realistic professional photography style, 16:9 aspect ratio. Avoid spills, injuries, panic or exaggerated danger.

Safety leadership campaign

Create a polished corporate campaign visual showing a manager, supervisor and frontline worker having a respectful safety conversation on site. The tone should be collaborative and positive. Use realistic photography style, clean industrial background, IEH-inspired blue and orange accents. Include space for headline text: “Safety Leadership Starts with Conversation.” Square 1:1 aspect ratio.

Near miss reporting campaign

Create a modern safety campaign visual encouraging near miss reporting. Show a worker pointing out a hazard to a supervisor using a tablet, with a positive teamwork atmosphere. Clean corporate illustration style, blue and orange accents. Include short headline: “Report Near Misses. Prevent Incidents.” Portrait 4:5 aspect ratio. Avoid blame, fear or injury imagery.

Responsible image generation for WSH

AI-generated visuals should support learning and communication without misleading workers or misrepresenting safe work practices.

Important reminder: Review every generated image before use. Check that PPE, tools, work methods, warning signs, posture, equipment and workplace context are accurate. Avoid fear-based, graphic or misleading visuals. Do not use real company logos, client sites or identifiable persons unless permission has been obtained.

Create stronger safety communication with AI

IEH can support WSH teams in using generative AI to design better training materials, campaign visuals and communication assets while maintaining professional review and responsible use.
