Good Facilities Management Provided a Safe Built Environment During COVID-19

Over two years ago a visitor from Wuhan, who arrived in Singapore, in January 2020, was confirmed by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to be the first COVID-19 case in Singapore. In February, Singapore confirmed its first local transmissions, and the Disease Outbreak Response System Condition (DORSCON) level was raised to Orange. As local transmissions grew and clusters began to form, Singapore reported its first COVID-19 death in March. By April, the Multi-Ministry Taskforce announced the first Circuit Breaker to minimize the further spread of COVID-19.
